Bristol Harbor Group Client Files

Please choose the appropriate download folder assigned to your project.

Client Usernames and Passwords along with any questions you have concerning Client Files, can be provided to you by emailing info@bristolharborgroup.com

 

                                   

 

 

 

 

Below you will find FTP instructions and alternative FTP connection methods. Please READ them.

 

*Follow the On-Screen instructions to Open the FTP Site using Windows Explorer*

                    Option 1: (Easiest) Click the Start button on your computer and click Run... and type...                                                 explorer.exe ftp://bristolharborgroup.com Then enter your Username and Password. -Done

Option 2: Once the site opens... click Page on the Internet Explorer Toolbar then choose Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer at the bottom of the menu. (example below)

(Note: If the File Menu is not available, Right-click your IE toolbar and select... Menu... This will place the File Menu on the IE toolbar and the Page button will be available.)

 

* Note: After opening the FTP Site in Windows Explorer... the new window may not open maximized but may instead open and flash on the windows taskbar at the bottom of your screen.

Once the site is open in Windows Explorer mode you will be able to Copy and Paste or Drag and Drop files.

 
 

ALTERNATIVE CONNECTION METHODS

You can also use a Third-Party FTP application to connect to the FTP Client Site. If you are familiar with or already use an existing FTP client, you can configure it for use with BHG FTP file access.
